Honey Mustard Dill Salmon
Hey Whiskers,
Summer is basically upon us,and this salmon recipe is a mainstay for dinners or lunches and can be dressed up or down.Salmon I find to be better after being marinated overnight so I mixed the marinade and put the fish in ziploc bags to marinate over night. I try not to over cook the fish as well so I set a timer for 12 minutes and check constantly after that. This has a very strong dill taste which I am not a fan of but my family and guests loved it,so I'm good.I made this the day of shavous after marinating it the day before, you can cook it in advance if you like but I wouldnt do more than one or two days. Give it a go,its a super simple delicious summer salmon, getting you out of the kitchen or grill super fast. Till next time keep whisking up love and happiness to those around you.
