Basil Lemon Cookies

Hey Whiskers!
So summer heat to me just screams ice cold lemonade, and what's better than a lemonade cookie with delicious herbal fruity notes of basil. This is a simple recipe so you can get back to your chaise lounge with your friends. This is great for parties and family events, and lots of fun to make with your family. You can switch the basil out for mint,my father doesn't eat mint so I've had to learn to create with other herbs but it is delicious either way.
Enjoy the summer and your cookies, keep whisking up love and happiness till next time.
