Sweet and Spicy Wings
Hey Whiskers,
Wings are a fun thing to eat, for me, they bring up lots of memories of sports watching with friends, like the Superbowl and NBA finals. This recipe was a creation of mine when I was looking for a spicy wing without it being a buffalo style wing. I loved the use of pineapple as it tenderizes already delicious meat, and adds a sweet tang to the sauce. I left the pieces on the tray of wings and let them caramelize and meld with the wings. This is a super simple recipe, and you can switch out the hot sauce for whichever one you have in the pantry, just balance the heat by trying it in the sauce before you dunk the wings. You want to keep it edible for your friends and family who don't want to burn their mouth off. Or you don't and make it as hot as you like.
Till next time, keep whisking up love and happiness
