Restaurant Review: Crave

Hey Whiskers,
I decided to start writing reviews of places that I go to eat so I can remember, lol and also just share my views with others, so this is my own unbought review of Crave.
Firstly it is easy to find which is great and there is a ramp that I could push myself onto the sidewalk (which is actually super rare in Israel.) I was joining a large group so we sat outside upside some stairs. The place was hopping with a constant flow of people waiting, eating, and leaving.
The service was good in a complicated way there were constant people offering help and to take our orders, they also had busboys constantly cleaning up.
To the food, so I ordered a Reuben and their onion rings. A few of my friends ordered the off the special Jewish Xmas menu and had Chinese food but I wanted to try the classics.
So I waited a good while for my Reuben probably about 30 minutes which was ok we were chatting and while others got their Chinese food I was still having a good time, after asking a couple of waiters what was up with my sandwich and onion rings my sandwich arrived.
The Reuben- Ok so the corned beef was amazing, like fall apart peppery vinegary deliciousness. The bread wasn't classic sourdough but it was good and held up to the over the top amount of mayonnaise-style sauce inside the sandwich. There was some pickled cabbage but not enough to cut through. I also miss the good either whole grain or french mustard. Supposedly there was some fake cheese but I couldn't taste it. The pickle on the side was a far cry from proper deli pickles, they were Israeli canned pickles, I hope that they start making their own dill pickles, it's not hard we used to do it at home and it would up the ante of the overall good sandwich.
So I was still waiting for my onion rings which were super hyped by friends and after flagging down many waiters after 55 minutes from ordering I got the hyped onion rings. They looked amazing I was super excited the crunch did not disappoint but the flavor of the batter sure did. The batter was super salty and tasted like a mix between a funion and onion bisli. The onion inside was cooked well and the sweetness of the onion was a welcome break from the salt bomb of batter. The sriracha truffle aioli on the side was missing a huge dose of sriracha to actually add flavor and not just fat. These were a major disappointment thankfully the waiter was nice enough to give them to me on the house after waiting an hour for them but I wouldn't get them again. All in all, it was a decent experience I wouldn't take friends there but if my friends were going I'd go back and try other dishes on their menu.
