Brown Sugar Spiced Salmon
Hey Whiskers
Another salmon recipe!! I know I might be slightly obsessed with salmon but its fun to cook and my whole family likes it. Now this recipe is smaller than most as I cooked a 1/3 of a side of salmon rather than the whole side. I love the idea of sweet and spicy and I love cooking with brown sugar as I find the caramelization is beautiful. The olive oil is optional I used it as I wanted a paste to be able to spread easier but due to the fattiness of salmon, you don't need to use it. I love one bowl recipes and this marinade took me less than five minutes to prepare and spread over the fish. Enjoy this simple and delicious recipe with some steamed greens and any carb you prefer to eat.
Until next time keep whisking up love and happiness to those around you,
Sam
