'Dishin in the Dorm: Tuna and Bulgar Patties
Hey, Whiskers!
One of my goals this second year in college was to cook in my dorm room more, so I've been trying to create 1 bowl meals. This amount made enough for at least two days of lunch and dinner depending on how many friends you share with (you could totally halve the recipe as well). It was super fast to make the longest part was frying the fritters and i just combined that with studying. Enjoy let me know what you think. I ate them with hot sauce on the side as I prefer not to cook my hot sauce, but if you happen to have more spices in your arsenal totally add what you like.
Till next time keep whisking up love and happiness to those around you,
Sam
