Sweet and spicy spaghetti squash

I'm back with a spicy sweet spaghetti squash! I love spice, some might say I'm addicted, but I think this recipe enhances the texture and inherent flavor of the squash. Its super fast to make and lets you enjoy a drink while the oven does all the work for you. Enjoy this summer recipe with any main dish.

Ingredients:
- 1 squash
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons tabasco
- 2 teaspoon cayanne
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt
- pepper
How-To:
- Rinse squash, cut in half and remove seeds.
- Mix all the spices with the oil.
- Brush liberally over both halves of the squash.
- Cook in the oven at 175 celsius for about 40 minutes till carmelized on top and soft.
- Serve with any main you want.
